HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH 3MF?
I am an ACE certified trainer/group exercise instructor with years of studio experience, and I hold a BA in dance from Point Park University.
Training the body is a passion for me. I LOVE working with people helping them reach their highest potential! I believe the body is a gift and taking care of this gift inside and out is my goal.
I encourage my clients to believe in their ability and stop the self-punishment. Moving the body is a way to find freedom and wholeness, not to punish yourself into a cookie-cutter version of a person.
The main thing I would like people to take away when they leave my class is that they are valuable and worthy today!
I have been a coach at 3MF since January and I can say with great confidence that this place is family! So much love and care go into every workout. We encourage people to understand that working out is for ALL bodies in every age and stage. Everyone is included. The energy with trainers and clients alike is inspiring and creates the most supportive atmosphere. I consider myself lucky to be a part of this team.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE 3MF WORKOUT?
I love working out in studio and with our online service. I'm a bit of an energizer bunny and love cardio, but "leg days" are my favorite! Pushing through deadlifts and squats always make me smile. However, all the work is good! As long as I am moving, I know my body, mind and spirit are benefiting. The positive vibe can not be denied in this studio! That is one of my favorite things about 3MF. It's a team, a family. Nobody gets left behind.

When these new supplements came out, I was so excited. I love all things health related! These supplements are not meant to take the place of food, but rather to "add to" what you are already doing.
